The Gotee Maniac is the insane brother of Rasmussen. In a tragic
farming accident Billy as he was once called had an anvil fall on his head. It pushed his head into two diffrent halves. The
brain split and now is making him insane. He runs loose through the country side unleashing his maniac ways of havoc on all
he runs into.
Also he become very scientifical and has attached some sorta plasma cannon
on to his Gotee and uses this as his weapon of destruction.
